On January 23, 2025, a special celebration was held as 22 outstanding individuals coming from various backgrounds graduated from the AFLSE-OF LIFE Program Batch 16. This milestone signifies their commitment to acquiring skills in leadership, financial literacy, and social innovation and social entrepreneurship. With passion and purpose, these graduates have developed innovative social enterprise plans designed to drive sustainable change in their co-ops and communities.
The graduation ceremony was graced by esteemed speakers who shared their wisdom and encouragement. Erwin Veneracion from the AFLSE Core Secretariat - Philippines delivered welcome remarks that set an inspiring tone for the celebration. Glenn Medez, Group Head of CANN at the NATCCO Network, provided an uplifting message that motivated graduates as they embark on their new journey. Jovanna Tumandao (Novaliches Development Cooperative) and Mary Rose Quizon (Reintegrated OFW), shared heartfelt testimonials reflecting on their experiences and growth throughout the program. Dr. Philip Arnold P. Tuano, Dean of the Ateneo School of Government, delivered his keynote address and offered valuable insights and encouragement for the graduates as they live the Ignatian values of Magis, Cura Personalis, and Ad Majoreim dei Gloriam. Dr. Edgardo Valenzuela, Co-Coordinator of the ALSE Program, led the Induction of the graduates to the global ALSE Community. The graduates also prepared a heartwarming journey video, a heartfelt documentary of their learnings, experiences, and reflections. Special citations were also awarded to the Secretariat for their support and hard work. The Enterprise Teams also received their citations for coming up with well-thought-out Enterprise Plans that aim to provide economic and social benefits to the co-ops and communities.

- Nature's Embrace - A one-stop shop wellness resort in Bicol owned by the cooperative.
- Kabayani Savings Plus - A wealth-building product designed specifically for OFWs.
- AreteDev - A learning platform for OFWs aiming to upskill themselves.
- Smart Food On the Go - Healthy pastries for schools and communities.
Batch 16 consists of co-op personnel, reintegrated OFWs, and OFW family members. The AFLSE and NATCCO partnership began in 2018 with the first batch of co-op graduates and has continued as an annual learning program. In 2021, during the pandemic, it transitioned to online learning, which remains in place to this day.
The co-op community is celebrating the achievements of the graduates as they continue to apply their knowledge in practice and share their positive experiences and influence within their homes, cooperatives, and communities.
